Cut & Carve Table Co. 500 Follower Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Cut & Carve Table Co. 500 Follower Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Cut & Carve Table Co. (“Sponsor”), a custom woodworking business located in Northern Michigan.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins October 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries received outside of the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the state of Michigan who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Cut & Carve Table Co., immediate family members of employees, and individuals living in the same household as employees are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the official Giveaway entry form available on the Cut & Carve Table Co. Giveaway webpage during the Giveaway Period.

Each eligible participant may submit one (1) entry.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

Duplicate or additional entries submitted by the same person may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one handcrafted Cut & Carve dining table, built specifically for the winner.

The prize has a maximum retail value of $2,000.

The winner will be able to choose one table design from a selection of table styles determined by Cut & Carve Table Co. The available table styles, sizes, wood species, finishes, and specifications will be provided to the winner after selection.

The winner's selected table must remain within the $2,000 retail prize value and is subject to approval by Cut & Carve Table Co.

The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or another product.

Any requested modifications, upgrades, or selections outside of the approved giveaway options may be purchased by the winner at the winner's expense, subject to Sponsor approval.

6. Delivery

Free local delivery is included for the winning table within 20 miles of Alpena, Michigan.

Winners located outside the free delivery area may arrange pickup or may be responsible for any additional delivery costs.

Delivery arrangements will be coordinated directly between the winner and Cut & Carve Table Co.

7. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The random drawing will take place after the Giveaway Period has ended.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided with their entry.

The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time period, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Verification

The potential winner may be required to verify their eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility and arrange delivery or pickup of the prize.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules or provides false or misleading information.

10. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Cut & Carve Table Co., which are final regarding the administration of the Giveaway.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, submitted more than once, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control interfere with the proper administration of the Giveaway.

11. Facebook / Meta Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.

By entering this Giveaway, each participant releases Facebook and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability related to the Giveaway.

Participants understand that they are providing their information to Cut & Carve Table Co., and not to Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.

12. Privacy and Email Communications

Information submitted through the Giveaway entry form may be used by Cut & Carve Table Co. to administer the Giveaway and contact the potential winner.

If an entrant separately chooses to subscribe to the Cut & Carve Table Co. email list, their email address may also be used to send newsletters, promotions, new-build announcements, and other business updates. Subscribers may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

13. No Purchase Necessary
